[Translation] Oz to Himitsu no Ai Vol.4 Shian Disk 1

Finally I've finished Shian's first disk sorry for the wait! as if there's people waiting
I just finished my exam week yesterday so I could finally work on my translation! (tried to finish the last few tracks in  a single day -dies-) Hopefully since exams are over I will be able to finish the second disk ASAP.

Anyway, feel free to share but please do credit me, and I warn you my translations are not perfect.

Oz to Himitsu no Ai vol.4 Shian Disk 1

TRACK 1

When you have just regained consciousness, you found yourself in an unfamiliar place. That place was very foggy and dark so it was impossible to see what was beyond. You didn’t know where this place was and thus was very nervous. And that moment something slipped out of your hand. The thing that you had dropped.

It was a single key.

You picked up the key and tilted your head sideways.

‘What is this key? Since when did I have this in my hand?’ you tried to think hard but could not come up with an answer. Your anxiety grew larger and larger. Despite that you carefully find the exit by walking through this dark place. This is because you felt this strong force making you move forward no matter what. But you were not sure why you had to go in such a hurry. Either way, you went forward in a hurry. That place was a very mysterious place which one has never seen. ‘What if it is impossible to leave this place forever?’ with this thought your anxiety amplified. Then at that moment…

“Obtain the keys”

A mysterious voice came from an unknown place which made you stop. Looking closer, there was a big door in front of you.  ‘Maybe I can go forward by passing through this door…’ with this thought you held the door knob and gave it a push. However, unfortunately the door did not budge at all. It seems to be locked. Then you could hear the voice again…

“If you want to go pass the door, obtain the keys. There are six keys. You have three.”

You suddenly realised and looked at the key held in your hand. It seems that this is the door’s key. You looked through your pocket and found the other keys. You have no idea where the other keys are and on top of that you don’t know what’s across the door. Despite that you decided to find the keys. Because you must go forward. With that strong determination in your heart, you once again start walking.

After walking for a while, you arrived at a place that made you nervous. That was because the forest was very thick. The sunlight didn’t seem to reach here and it was very humid.

‘Since when did I reach such a place?’ you thought curiously but stull went forward. You found your way out of the forest but at that moment you suddenly stop walking. That was because in front of you were stones shaped as a cross. Words seemed to be engraved on the stones. Some of them had flowers on top of them. As you saw that you realised this was a cemetery.

Will there really be keys here in a place like this? No matter how much you looked around you could only find graves. You thought for a while but decided to go back and turned around. But then a black shadow just passed in front of your eyes. It was a crow flying around the graves.  Surprised, you lose your balance. You fell into the grave hole beside you. You tried to stand up but you couldn’t as it seems you sprained your ankle. You were troubled as what to do and just looked up. That moment….

On top you, dirt was falling. It seems someone is trying to fill the hole with dirt you just fell in. The dirt kept pouring in and it became harder for you to move. ‘I actually might die like this’ with this thought you desperately shouted out….

“Help me! Help me!”

TRACK 2

What was that sound? No, I probably mistook it for something else. Since there’s only me here in this cemetery. Okay, I should hurry up and fill this and then go home.

♪ Oil, tomato, cream and with basil ♪

A… A dead body… came out from the grave! What are you? Why is a dead body moving? Are you a ghost? Do you have any regrets in this world or something? I don’t care if you’re a ghost or a zombie but don’t come out suddenly like that. You scared me. You’re not dead? Then why were you in there? Isn’t it because you’re dead? You may be able to trick other people, but not mine since I’m a grave keeper. Yup, I’m a grave keeper. I work at the cemetery outside the village. Huh? You don’t know what a grave keeper is? Like the name says, it’s a person who take cares of graves. I bury dead bodies, clean the graves and chase away the crows that come here because of the smell of rotting bodies. In other words, a scarecrow.

Ah, this guy is okay since he’s a friend. Yup his name is Kurosuke. Kurosuke since he is black. (T/N: Kuro means black) We get along really well. Ouch! Stop Kurosuke! Stop poking me! Ouch, I might really get hurt you know. Ah stop pulling on my hair! Hey this isn’t a real apple. It’s just a hair pin. I treasure it so don’t take it! Huh, ah this? It’s cause we’re close. It’s evidence that we’re good friends. Oi Kurosuke go over there! You’re bothering my work.

So… What were we talking about again? Ah right right. We were talking about me being a grave keeper. More importantly, are you planning to stay here forever? Hurry up and go to heaven or back to your grave. If you don’t then I can’t finish my job. Alive? You? Then why were you in there? Hmmm you’re clumsy. You look clumsy so no surprise there. But then that’s weirder, you know. When did you come to this cemetery? I was here since morning but no one came to this cemetery today. Also I’ve never seen you around the village. Plus you’re wearing weird stuff. Hey, who are you? Which village are you from? Eh? You don’t know? Are you perhaps… lost?

Hmmm, you can’t remember anything. When you realised you were already here. So you mean you lost your memory? You really can’t remember anything? Even your family or friends and where this place is? This village is the resident’s village which is located in the Oz world. You really lost your memory. Did you like, hit your head while falling down the grave hole? Or maybe you’re really dead? Then show me the proof that you’re alive. Hmmm. Then how about this? Let me touch you. If you’re alive then your body should be warm right? So let me check. Then, um, excuse me. Let’s see. Why are you looking away? I can’t tell if I don’t touch. Here look this way. Your cheeks are very soft. Although it’s quite dirty because of the dirt, its soft so it feels good. Also.. it’s warm. Human’s disgust me! They get angry quickly and try to control people using strength. But you still look weird for a human. I’ve seen a few humans before but they weren’t as skinny as you. And their voice wasn’t that high. What are you? Huh, do you happen to be… a woman?! You serious? It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a living woman. More importantly I touched you and several times as well…! Ew, disgusting. A living woman is more gross than a dead body!  I heard woman are existences that seduce men but I’m not attracted to you at all, not even one millimetre!

What? Don’t look at me with those eyes. You creep me out! Ugh I’m done with you! Get lost! Get lost in front of my eyes already! What are you fumbling for? If you don’t leave then…. Take this! Stay still in that grave hole since I’ll bury you right now. Shut up! Even if a human woman lives there’s nothing good about it. Plus you have no memory, that’s the same as being dead. But anyway there’s a chance that it’s extremely expensive. Hmmm, a place where there might be keys? Oh right! How about the lost property office? There’s one near the cemetery, and I think there might be a key there. The keys you’re looking for might be in there somewhere. I was going to go there anyway just now. Do you want to come with me? Here we are. This is the lost property office. Kurosuke came here as well. Sorry Kurosuke but there’s nothing shiny that you would like here. Even if there is I would take it all. Ah, no nothing at all. More importantly, let’s start looking. You said you were looking for keys right? How big are they? Hm I wonder if we could find such a small key here. Look there’s so many stuff here. It’s going to be really hard to find a key in here. Really? Then good luck. I’ll stay here and cheer on you.

Let’s see… I wonder how much I’ll be able to get. A year’s supply of meat sauce or…? I can’t wait~

Hey, have you found it? It’s been a while since you started. Not even something similar? That won’t do. That’s why I hate women. No choice but to help you then since it will take all night by yourself. No need for thanks. Anyway tell me the characteristics of the keys. Its hard to find it without any hints. There’s six? They’re something that a human woman is trying to find even though it’s dangerous to get caught by the residents. That means its rare right? So I can sell these at quite a good price. Stop tugging my clothes. What are you going to do if they rip? I told you I’m not going to give them back. It’s ridiculous for a human woman to have such an expensive thing in the first place. When you have finally chased away the crow, you couldn’t see Shian anywhere. You have no idea where he went. You desperately tried to find Shian but he was nowhere to be seen. ‘Maybe he’s already back?’ with this thought you returned to where you first were.

There you are! Hey you! How dare you trick me? The keys! Keys! They didn’t sell at all! I went to the village’s pawnshop and they said it won’t cost anything. Damn! You tricked me! Here, it’s here. Hurry up. Welcome to my house. Although it looks old on the outside, it’s quite nice to live. The only inconvenient thing about it is that it’s far from the village. There’re no shops around here so I have to go far to buy something. Honestly, I want to live somewhere more convenient but I don’t get along well with the villagers. So it’s just me that was kicked out here. It just happened, when I realised I was on bad terms with them. It’s probably because I’m a grave keeper. It’s probably a gross job to touch dead bodies. So I’m guessing that’s why the keep away from me. That’s not important anyway.

They might throw rocks and chase you away. It’s okay since I won’t do something like that. Well women are disgusting but you’re an important… guest. Okay, now wipe your body. As the people realised that you were the woman that Shian was looking for, they started throw eggs at you as well. They were trying to chase you away from the village along with Shian. You desperately hugged Shian and tried to protect him.

Really?.. They really left?... Handkerchief? I’m fine now. I said I’m okay. You don’t have to wipe my hair as well. Um… You’re handkerchief, it’ll get dirty. Plus, take a look at yourself instead of me. You also got dirty, because you were protecting me,…. Hey, close your eyes. I… I’ll wipe it off for you.

The sun was up at first but it become darker and darker and soon I couldn’t see what was in front of me. I suddenly just stopped running and stood still in the dark. Then… Then I would see this scary scene. I don’t know. My brother was next to me and he suddenly hugged me but he was crying. He was crying silently whilst hugging me. When I see his face like that it would hurt my heart. It was painful and tormenting, that I wanted to disappear.
